Color Me Magnolia (Maggie) is a very special mare for so many reasons. She is an own daughter of the amazing Magnolia Bar (SI 100)!!! Besides the AAAT speed, Magnolia Bar was an AQHA Champion!! (Magnolia Bar was an own son of the legendary Three Bars (TB). Maggie is a proven winner in the barrel racing world as well as a proven producer of barrel horses. Maggie has also won over $80,000.00 barrel racing from Futurities and Derbies to PRCA Rodeos.

Maggie was originally ridden and trained by the great Celie Whitcomb Ray. Celie was a 4 time NFR qualifier and superb horse trainer and competitor at all levels. Maggie was also ridden and campaigned by Dena Kirkpatrick, also a highly respected barrel horse trainer and competitor. One of the horses Maggie has produced was Magnolia Belles. She was the NBHA Dixie Regional Barrel Champion, and South Plains Futurity Champion.

We sold a tremendous 2 year old bay filly out of Maggie in 2004 that was sired by Dash For Perks. Dash For Perks has been a consistent and proven sire of very successful barrel horses .(see photos of Molly below).

In 2004, Maggie produced a gorgeous and super athletic sorrel stud colt, sired by Frenchman's Guy!! This colt has a real presence about him. Frenchman's Guy is continuing to add to his progeny earnings of well over $750,000.00. Year after year Frenchman's Guy has proven his ability to sire Champions in the barrel racing world. Our yearling stud colt (Jimmy) is one to really come and see .
